ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

BASIC CRITERIA TO QUALIFY FOR RPL

  • You must be currently employed in the hospitality industry

  • You must have at least 6 months of experience in the hospitality industry

  • You must obtain permission from your employer for an onsite RPL assessment

  • You must be willing and able to demonstrate your skills to our assessor during onsite visit

  • Your workplace must be easily accessible for our assessor

BASIC CRITERIA TO QUALIFY FOR GOVERNMENT FUNDING

  • You must be residing in Queensland

  • You must have left school

  • You must be AU/NZ citizen, Aus Permanent Resident, Humanitarian Visa Holder

  • Please note that additional criteria applies based on each qualification

N.B. If you are a temporary resident with the necessary visa and work permits on the pathway to permanent residency then you will QUALIFY to receive subsidy. Inquire now for further information.

THE PROCESS

Step 1

Register your interest on this page and wait to be contacted by us.

Step 2

One of our assessors will contact you to discuss what your goals are and help you choose the right qualification that matches your skills and show you what you need to do to achieve your goals. The assessor will determine your eligibility for RPL and Government Subsidy.

Step 3

You will be notified of the fees associated with your chosen qualification. Please note that all subsidised participants are required to pay a co-contribution fee for each course. You will be notified of the anticipated duration and the process of collecting evidence for your RPL.

Step 4

An onsite meeting at your workplace will be organised. The enrolment procedure will be completed and your assessment plan will be documented. The assessor will  begin your RPL assessment and start collecting evidence.

*Government subsidy is available for eligible applicants only. All subsidised applicants are required to pay a co-contribution fee for each course. Co-contribution fee varies and is outlined in our RPL assessment guide.
